Here’s how we work:

Subscription + Success Fee

Best for startups with ongoing hiring needs. Lean, flexible, and built to scale.

Basic Plan – $2,500/month

  • Sourcing + screening for 3 non-technical roles

  • Great for sales, CS, and ops

  • Placement Fee: 15%–18% if you hire

Premium Plan – $4,500/month

  • Full-cycle recruiting for up to 5 roles, including engineering/product

  • Pipeline management + interview coordination

  • Placement Fee: 12%–15% if you hire

Cancel anytime. Only pay a placement fee if you hire. Think of us as your on-call talent team — without the overhead.

Retained Search – Built for High-Stakes Hiring

For leadership roles where precision, confidentiality, and speed matter.

Fee Range: $20K–$50K depending on complexity

Milestone Payments:

  • ⅓ upfront

  • ⅓ at shortlist

  • ⅓ at hire

Success Bonus:

+$5K–$10K if your hire remains in-role for 12+ months

Ideal for C-level, VP, or highly specialized hires in tech, fintech, or insights.

Contingency Search + Phantom Protection

Perfect for fast-growth companies that need firepower without full commitment — and want to protect against ghosting on either side.

Placement Fees:

  • 20%–22% (tech/engineering roles)

  • 18%–20% (sales, ops, and other non-tech)

Search Deposit (Credited to Final Fee):

  • $3,000 – Non-tech roles

  • $6,000 – Tech roles

  • $7,500 – VP+ roles

Phantom Mode Clause:
If a search is paused, ghosted, or vanishes into the void — the deposit is retained.
If we disappear (we won’t), it’s refunded. No black holes here.

Exclusive Search – No-Nonsense, No Ghosting

For roles that need priority attention without the full retained model.

Upfront Fee:

  • $6,000 – Non-tech roles

  • $7,500 – Tech roles

Placement Fee:

  • 10%–12% of salary

  • Valid for salaries under $180K

  • Exclusive window: 45 days (non-tech) / 60 days (tech)

Gives you priority access without a full retained commitment — and gives us the green light to go full throttle.
